There are a lot of ways to invest for fractional ownership: joint venture (JV) partnerships, syndications, private equity funds, real estate crowdfunding platforms, even equity REITs. 

This platform is fantastic for networking and building connections.The possibilities in real estate investment are limitless.

I know @Rene Hosman and @Scott Trench have expressed that transparency and addressing concerns are huge on the platform.
