With my current property manager it's some work but minimal headache.I am currently in year 4 of the analysis (bought it in 2021)Alternatives would be to sell the house and put the equity (about 100k now) into another investment property or a mix of stocks and bitcoin.

I hear great things about the opportunities in Bitcoin long term.

Plus why should they pay as much as the family, or the work at home tenant, or the bitcoin miner…I know everyone likes to think the current landlords are stupid, and maybe sometimes they are.

If it's not the Tesla, then one of them is mining bitcoins or using growth lights... my bet is on the Tesla...

Now lets look at concentration:Similar, ODC appears to be doing MF, debt, MHP etc.Kawaoka appears to be in anything and everything.Rad appears to be land, rentals and a $50k membership group to teach you how to buy real estate (which is ironic based on their current situation)...Ashcroft appears stays in their lane.Norada has little real estate but ecommerce, membership groups, broadway plays, bitcoin etc. but is starting a STR rental fund...These Jack of All Trades, Master of None....  

Bitcoin maximalists too will arguably be the biggest winners on the term aspect, and biggest losers on the near term aspect.

Crypto investers now will never make the same kind of money as people that bought Bitcoin for under $1 when most people had never heard of it.
