So far, id say the interface is cluttered or not well organized, but I have a background in technology so I’m able to figure it out pretty well.

It could be a property on a double lot, a property that get's dismissed because it is full of clutter, a listing that has the square footage wrong etc - and a deal can be made (not found)I’m not a wholesaler per se, but I have done a lot of marketing, at least in the past, due to endeavoring find deals. 

She had too many belongings and it is really hard to quantify clutter much less cleanliness.This to say that one deep cleaning may help get them on track, on-going visits may be successful, or you may need different tenants because a lot of people don't know how to clean.

While you can't create limitations against their lease and legal rights they have for quiet enjoyment, things like keeping common areas free of clutter or routine maintenance items that are tenant responsibility can often be added to help keep the expectations on both parties clear.

It's been a lifesaver for removing things like reflections in mirrors or clutter that was missed during a showing.

.- Cabinets look good but I'd get rid of all the clutter above.- Take all the cheap prints off the walls. 

Plus, tenants get upset when you're forcing them to show the home, and can sabotage showings very easily, lying about problems, clutter and cleanliness issues, etc. 

Get that cluttered fairy tale stuff out of your mind and stop letting it distract you from all that matters, your 1 THING. 

They also may need some "help" getting out of their home so I've begun partnering with small business owners who have de-cluttering programs.
