Steam boiler aren't to crazy  depend on the loop and how each unit is heated. 

It showed a heat map for crime rate and also showed an appreciation forecast map.

It has central heating/AC, insulation, a half bath and closet.

They’ve designed stuff I’m familiar with locally that was so energy efficient it didn’t require a furnace, totally utilizing the Earths natural heating.

All together less than $4,000 for 4 mini splits (most installed myself) and I have more cooling capacity and I save electric because I'm not heating the whole house unnecessarily.

@Benson Davis  you need to have a list of trusted vendors if you do this with 1-2 per trade (electric, plumber, HVAC, handyman) and you call them or in some cases let the tenant call them (heat outages).
