How does a team of two be close to a billion dollar company?

I am in the process of finishing my 40ftx30ft pole barn that will allow for a lot more "covered" spaces to camp.With one click of the switch, the light goes off...and you're under a billion stars and pine trees. zero outside lights. :-)

So, why is McDonalds still spending billions on advertising?

It’s a safe, liquid market that still offers upside.That said, the “best” country depends on your goals.If you want residency or a Golden Visa, Greece still works, though costs are higher now.If you want big growth potential, Saudi Arabia is pouring billions into mega-projects under Vision 2030.If you prefer stability and transparency, markets like the UK, Spain, or Portugal are tried-and-true, though less explosive in returns.In short:UAE = balance of growth + investor friendliness.Greece = residency angle.Saudi Arabia = big upside, higher risk.UK/Spain/Portugal = stability and rule of law.

Sam Altman, OpenAI CEO, stated yesterday the AI sector is overinflated, warning that billions plowed into the arms race risk a bubble akin to the dot-com crash. 

Business would cease to exist.And more importantly, why are average joe STR hosts held to a standard so much higher than billion dollar corporations with full time support staff?

I have to think when folks look at the price is just not quite right they move on.. but lets say they write a bid and instead of 200 a night they bid 175.. owner is happy better than vacant and sTR guest is happy they got a deal.. this is a billion dollar idea I think LOL Absolutely.

I like publicly discoverable operators that you can find easily with a Google search, managing hundreds of millions to a few billion in assets, with a focus on single assets, not funds, at least 10 years of experience in their current form, at least 10 buildings taken full cycle, an excellent track record of delivering outstanding investor returns throughout their history, and deals on offer that are similar to the deals they have completed successful.
