New Zealand, where I am from, is sadly off the table now as the govt just banned overseas ownership of existing dwellings.

HOAs have banned them in a lot of areas that I have owned properties. 

It's about working smarter, not harder, and it's a testament to the power of the technology that you yourself are selling. actually BP will ban those that are constantly only using chat to write their posts.

Their mission may be to put the company out of business and the Sponsor be banned from the industry or criminal charges..

This property was our first experience with a non-paying tenant during COVID, and state eviction bans made the situation more difficult.

Or better yet, the regulations change and they are now BANNED from STR in that property?     

They really want to ban it in the city all together. 

Note satellite providers took up the battle a couple/few decades ago locally and got all satellite bans removed.
