Sounds like you’ve put in a ton of work already—respect for diving deep and not letting distance stop you.

I think I'd be able to expand faster if I get the cheaper unit...idklocation is also a deciding factor - part of the reason my current unit does well is bc it's within walking distance to the college stadium. 

How did you go about building a team you could trust from a distance?

Once everything is finalized, we anticipate having around $70K to work with.We'll initially be in the Macon area, but ultimately aim to move closer to the Dallas, GA area (willing to commute up to 2 hours from Dallas).

I am also a distance investor and I now have a co-host for my Airbnb and I will be self-managing the MTRs, with a flat fee arrangement for anything that requires boots on the ground, like an emergency.

Too wide a range of square footage, too wide a range of distance on a map,  too wide a range of dates. 

The amazon data center is going to be about halfway between cville and richmond so people will likely just live in one of those two localities and commute to work. 2.
