You can either go thru with an eviction(all persons), where a sheriff will go thru and declare the place empty, at which point you can then change the locks.Or, you can take the risk and declare the place abandoned yourself.

The unique attribute about this political environment is: execution happens rapidly, no matter how you judge it.

It would be unusual for a judge to allow someone to refinance and not pay off some debt.

I could see a Judge asking why you want this monitoring, and from there it could be a matter of how has the Judges morning gone, lol. 

I learned from it inspite of pity-parties of one such as yourself that judges others without knowing them or their experience.

Even then it can be hard judging by others' here that have been denied licenses even though they met the requirements.

Without being able to see the properties on the inside, it would be difficult to judge if repairs were needed.

One actually told the judge that we had more money than they did so it wasn't fair to evict them . . . gotta love them at time.

If you ever end up in court, a judge will deem it "unreasonable" and erase them.
