When I started asking specific questions this is what he replied:"There is no points the only fee paid is the down payment for loan registration process fee which is paid after the signing of the approval letter also we will need a proof of residence like ssi document, water bill etc. for proper verification of were you stay."

Typical mortgage rates follow the 10 year treasury almost identically, but for watching trends in the DSCR world the 2 year treasury will more similarly mirror pricing (plus a spread to manage risk).Happy to give some more context or ideas if it might be helpful for you though.Thanks for the sharing this information.

They are nearly identical to conventional and DSCR lenders don't charge origination... it's only the $1500-$2200 for UW and Processing.
