Moral of the story - always prepare before investing.

I think this shows a lack of morality for even a broker to have a duty to protect their own customers by ignoring it.

I know that there's the topic of the ethics that always pops up, and the loan-to-own lender mentality for some...I wasn't jumping into this post to weigh in on the morality piece or the intentions of the person doing the L/Os.

The moral of the story is in this business you will likely be threatened with legal action, with no follow through.
