My question is about the process for onboarsing a property manager.

In Ohio, tax sales usually happen through an auction process after the county forecloses on the property due to unpaid taxes.

I’m looking to house hack ITP soon (probably westside) and eventually use that flexibility to repeat the process in other markets.

How long and costly was the process?

I'd still recommend screening a couple, ask them how their processes will be, what they will do, how they screen, what their standards are & provide them with qualifications for renting out your home.
