What edge of Overton Park you're looking at could be a big determining factor - though would could probably guess based on it still being 38104. 

But as a guess just so you can "spreadsheet" your situation?

You have to guess and be a bit annoying in order to get the tiniest of detail.

Without hesitation, I said :" lemme guess..... a quarter-mil". 

Even my "biggest issue" (a wide open water line dumping into my basement) was something I'd never expect (meter and water line itself were only 7 years old) of course happened on mother's day, but guess what, took about 3 hours and $1200 bucks to handle...all in all not a property breaker, but when you think about water in a basement it seems so scary!

I guess my first question would be is whether this strategy is allowed or am I missing something?
