I know that I teach about ugly houses, and your use of the phrase does not mean that you are doing anything wrong, however Homevestors will contend that any use of the words is an infringement upon their trademark.

Brent I don't think you need your Core 4 (sounds like it should be trade marked lol) to get started in Milwaukee.

Membership allows one the use of the name Realtor and the Realtor trademark.  

Realtor is a trademarked term and can only be used by agents who are members of the National Association of Realtors.
