@Elisabeth Cooke You sure can, though keep in mind your deduction will be limited to taxable business income and you must meet the "use" requirements. 

I am a facility manager in Ireland and I am always looking for products that solve problems and leaves and moss are a huge problem for the buildings I manage, so we tried many gutter protection systems to no avail until we found an Irish product gutter called Magiflo gutter, we fitted it in summer 2014 and so far it has worked brilliantly, so I think this one actually does what it says.

You need to know south of Moss Park is great, but north will get you awful tenants.

The water and small amount of sludge that is left in the tank is able to be absorbed with Speedi-Dri or Peat Moss and disposed of in the trash as non-hazardous waste.

And in your area I would check with a company called Moss.

Here in the Great NorthWet we get a lot of moss on our roofs.
