To siphon the money out of degenerate gamblers' pockets as they curse their luck weakly and yet keep pulling away at the one-armed bandits, oh wow, that's got to be the best feeling ever.

@David Song those record-breaking 2017 Investors/Gamblers can always HOPE that the rents (and values) will continue to rise at their historic rates, but, "hope" won't make it so...

The long term problem with Kiyosaki is that without an exit strategy, in a cyclical market, you will always encounter what is traditionally called "gamblers ruin".

i can see some of those gamblers becoming robinhood traders lolapparently, mr.market liked the unemployment report very much today...

A drunk , drug addict, gambler always needs one more fix and you are helping them.
