Everyone keeps rattling off "simple" counters to the strategy as if the financing just appears or that if you just throw the $50K into the mortgage it functions the same not acknowledging what the resulting scenario looks like.

There is certainly some saber-rattling involved given the limited recourse available to such a person, even if you charitably assume that he could prove the nuisance sufficiently with adequate documentation.

So when shopping understand this is how you shop for insurance and then try to get an apples to apple comparison or at the very least make your agent work to explain any "liabilities or what is not covered" on the policy if they can't rattle it off easily then they are not fimular with the product they are selling and really should not be selling it.

I am getting tempted to buy one of these T-***** that reads "Don't CA my AZ".If you are a CA liberal please remember that everyone in AZ carries at least one gun, the exterminator will come back every day until the scorpions are gone from your house (allow 2-3 months), and we are native habituate for rattle snakes.If you are a conservative, houses are half the price and twice the size and a good shoe beats the occasional scorpion every time.

but its just saber rattling and it worked.. you cant see the inside of a court room without both sides spending at least 25k each. highly doubt that will happen..
