What that meant is all tax dollars went to social causes serving everyone and no tax dollars went to luxury causes serving the few - like building a castle or fine clothing or building weapons and armies that could be used against the very people paying the taxes to make them pay even more taxes.

If you have someone that will be doing any sort of prep work or demo ahead of the rehab, perhaps they could be onsite for you if needed.In other cases, I have reached out to Salvation Army - they will take clothes in decent shape and furniture as well - I have moved a lot of couches and such that way.

In your posts you come across as a kind of go to the 7-11 and get a Big Gulp and burrito for lunch kind of guy (nothing wrong with that, most everyone likes soda and burritos) vs table cloths and 3 forks.I remember you once said you learned this business from your Grandfather.Did he pass his properties to you?
