If everything is A-OK on the border, why is every agency involved with border control sounding all alarms saying things are beyond a breaking point?

That is clear bubble dynamics.But if you look at 2020-2021, the run up isn't alarming in the slightest and we are no where even near all time high prices like we are if you are looking at dollars.Gold, of course, has it's own supply/demand mechanics.

You have a buyer/borrower with 0 of his own money in the deal; you have 100% leverage; you have a 1st position lien that’s not  “arms length”, increasing the likelihood of the seller and buyer getting together to do a “friendly” foreclosure and wiping out the 2nd lien holder; and you have all the alarms and triggers going off when a property buyer attempts to borrow of finance the down stroke.A more likely financing possible scenario would have the buyer giving up ownership equity to a money party.  

I'm a little alarmed to see folks saying that this is an "unsophisticated strategy". 

Tenant shall properly use, operate and safeguard Premises, including if applicable, any landscaping, furniture, furnishings, and appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, has and plumbing fixtures, carbon monoxide detector(s) and smoke alarms, and keep them and the Premises clean, sanitary and well ventilated.

IMO smoke alarm & carbon monoxide battery changes were a great opportunity.

Some states mandate a certain kind of smoke alarm.
