@Alex Deacon I was thinking the same thing this deal sounds like a complete dub and waste of time.

So much so that it's been now dubbed the super peso and it's causing headaches to Mexican developers who sell in US dollars and have their costs in pesos.The reality is that you actually don't necessarily need to spend a ton of time understanding international real estate to invest internationally, although doing so would definitely increase your success, of course.

Just really competitive & dont believe TV or the gurus (funny how tv they dub in the rehab cost OR the arv OR they are always off on arv but market bails them out) I wish i bought my whole street back in 2010...oh well.

International Investors,The Thai market has opened up with exceptional yield and very affordable.

There was one in Littleton last summer that on Facebook was dubbed a real estate meetup but it was just agents and mortgage lenders.

I know I'm coming to this thread a bit late but as you probably know by now, foreigners (you don't look Thai) are prohibited from buying land in Thailand.
