@Geoffrey Tanudjaja People that rent bedrooms in a shared house aren't going to have their own furniture 99% of the time, so that means you have three beds, dressers, etc plus enough living room furniture for three individuals to comfortably occupy one space, plus kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.

The usual stuff gets left all the time couches, dressers, tables, mattresses etc...We were getting killed on dump fees as there is a minimum fee every time you bring the truck in.
