@Geoffrey Tanudjaja People that rent bedrooms in a shared house aren't going to have their own furniture 99% of the time, so that means you have three beds, dressers, etc plus enough living room furniture for three individuals to comfortably occupy one space, plus kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.

The usual stuff gets left all the time couches, dressers, tables, mattresses etc...We were getting killed on dump fees as there is a minimum fee every time you bring the truck in.

I have a king and queen bed, Love seat, a Tv, two small tables, One small dresser, Couch with chaise and a car.

After one year and one kid, it’s sitting in the dresser drawer unworn because platinum is harder than gold to resize and I didn’t want to mess up the ring.

I only rent, desks, dressers, rolling chairs, and bookcases.

That's different than having the check sitting on the dresser and they just forget to put it in the rent drop box.So, in your case, I'd tell them that you'll accept it on the 7th this time, but if you don't have it on the 7th, you'll have to start eviction. 

It is April 28 and they have not found a place to live, and i have three children coming down in less than 17 days, and i need to get into the spare bedroom to put a bed, dresser, etc.
