You will have people in both camps and in between, along with a heavy mixture of opinion and fact.To throw my hat in, I am in the leverage camp for the growth and returns.

I'm not a tinfoil hat guy but I'll be dealing with cash (and gold/silver) as long as possible. 

If I'm wearing my lender hat I want collateral and I don't want my money used for stuff that isn't backed by collateral.
