In my opinion, I think they all are virtually the same.

Two recent studies show that in virtually every large city it is initially cheaper to rent than to owner occupy (OO). 

If you're local market is the issue I would definitely venture outside of that and look for other markets and go virtual.

I guess if you could find a virtual bookkeeper willing to do the work for $50/month you could hire them.

Maybe an answering service type thing to take some phone calls off the landlords plates in the wee hours like a virtual assistant type service?

We use the collection service through our PM software, but most of these folks become virtually uncollectable at a certain point. 

Even if it's not real estate you've bought or sold, you can use that section to highlight some of your talent on different projects :)Are you only doing in person design in SC or do you offer virtual design too? 

On the other hand you virtually have to finish or bail, you can’t sell at a profit until then.
