@Brian Gibbons  the reality of unlicensed activity and much of it advertised on Craigs list is one day.The authorities are going to do exactly what they do to Prostitutes. 

Dealt unusual problems like prostitutes, overdoses, break ins, etc. 

OK, hearing all these stories makes me wanna jump on the train - I've heard "talking" about it helps ones overcome the trauma ;/ - I had a tenant illegally sublet a unit in one of my triplexes to a prostitute/crack head.

J Scott As for prostitution, that's exploitation of young women, and they are often used as sex slaves and forced into prostitution.

I was working at as an apprentice plumber and my fellow workers told me about this place called Tijuana, Mexico which is not very far away were prostitution was cheap and legal.

Back in the days before self-adhesive stamps that you had to lick, there used to be a joke about a stamp commemorating prostitution, but I digress.I've actually found pre-printed window envelopes worked well for my business mailings, at least they did for a few years.

From what I know, it sounds like a lot of in your face prostitution going on....some of the stories were pretty funny but they are trying to crack down on that.  

I saw opportunity amongst the street dealing, prostitution, and property crime. 

The agent basically said it was comparable to the drug laden prostitute riddled Kensington.

I even found out one of the squatters was a BackPage prostitute (one that had two children) with random men and groups of men coming in and out of the apartment.
