@Shirley Dufrenne -I have been doing direct mail marketing successfully since 1991, and I believe there are several things you need to consider.First of all, do you simply want a lot of calls (from a generic "I want to buy your house" mail pieces) or do you want to target sellers that are more likely to be motivated by letting them know what you are looking for by using a more detailed mail piece?

@Zach McMichael I think Section 8 is basically the same nationwide with small differences in what the rents max out at for a specific area.So generically speaking the paperwork is not that difficult.
