I also have close ties to a medium sized civil company in Auckland and my grandfather can operate anything with an ignition (such as an excavator) which reduces the cost to renovate greatly.

I'm absolutely new to real estate investment, like an artist with a blank bond paper awaiting inspiration (real estate investment), to ignite and begin.

I’ve spent less than $1,000 total on heating (a couple igniters and a thermocoupler).

Easy to upgrade to disk brakes and electronic ignition....or just keep your truck and maintain it :)I should also mention that I rely on public transportation and my own two feet when necessary and don't drive much (I also have a 2008 Chevy Malibu that I inherited...it has 23,000 miles on it).

As a result, this summer, I'm finally going to be taking action and applying all of the knowledge that I've accumulated over these past several months and truly igniting my vehicle to reach my goals.
