Do you also give money to african princes and call back the IRS when they say they have issued a "warrant to put you under arrest"?

As an African-American male raised in a poor household and low-income community, I would be remiss if I did not give back to my community and other young people who feel as though they don't have opportunities to be successful.

Thank you all for your responses.We hired the property manager because the screening of application, agreement etc was becoming a little tedious for us to manage as we both work full-time and have toddler age twins :-) & the property manager was charging only 4% Here is another thing I heard from our property manager: in her applicant screening process she only verifies their rental history and criminal background check and doesn't do any credit score check.Also the applicants who got qualified are coming from overseas (African continent) so am not sure how my PM verified their rental history, criminal background check and their 3x income ..

And I haven't even touched on the African-American decline.

Am a nigerian and based in the Uae.presently am on a low income job of about $800 monthly salary. my goal is to invest in @ least 3 rental properties before the year 2020..Please I will appricate advices on how to go about this and make it a reality...Are the principles thought here applicable to the African market...thank you all and make it a splendid day...

The tenants (middle aged african american couple with 1 son my age who stays at the house sometimes and 1 older son in the army who does not live nearby)  have been there for 11 months and claim they have no interest in moving and claimed to have no grievances with the current landlord.
