That pot of gold you are eye balling for 2060 is only a few natural disasters, recessions, market melt downs, health problems or unexpected emergencies away from expurgation.

But my counter point to this is investors dont buy these properties to just let them go to pot.. they buy them not understanding how the areas truely are the depth of the vandalism and crime.. and after getting their stuff stolen a few times or their house destroyed they give up.. who can blame them.
