If you plan to treat it like a business, you should be able to fund it like a business.Don't be greedy on the first deal. 

Hello Paul, this post is older but I would say that who so ever bought bitcoins at that time became very lucky, I m a professional bitcoin trader and I would say that it is the easiest way to generate profit, you just need to use your while sale and purchase.

@Terry Lao I liken that chart to when the stock traders on CNN say buy this stock, after they have already bought a bunch of it and watch the buyer frenzy take over and make them money. 

Don't get greedy. 50% of a great deal is better than 0% of no deal.

Purchasing land in the path of progress is generally a long-term greedy play and many developers learn to "land bank" using various techniques to generate some cash flow on what is really a cash drain until you put the project in service. 

In fact day traders flip the same stock many times tax free in IRAs.

This is stuff for men who are both greedy and lazy.
