I was wondering if the numbers on Redfin are fairly accurate, or do they just use a generic percentage across the US?

I am not familiar with the area, but the initial things that I noticed were that the rooms seemed small and everything seemed generic.

If the mailbox had a flap at the start of a tenancy, and it disappeared, under my lease, that would be charged to the tenant (potentially the same for the broken closet door.. but the description is too generic to understand if it wore out or if it was abused).

Not enough info on the market, however generically I have two answers for you:1 - Learn a different strategy that does work in that market.

That person would jump ten fold on my credibility list vs. someone who posted the generic I want $10k. 

So what you’re claiming is that Ohio Cashflow creates “false scarcity” because we send generic pre-scheduled marketing emails with properties sold months ago just to showcase examples of what we can offer?

When I ask for receipts of the repairs the PM disappears or provides a generic receipt in the portal with no amp any name or overhead.

There is a lesson in here with for the bright young men & women who are today being brainwashed on YouTube and other forums to detest and shun higher education and professional 9 - 5 jobs by “gurus” who obviously don’t want too many smart sophisticated people around on this planet so they can sell their generic advice for a fat fee.
