When you've allegedly "bought and sold hundreds of homes" and have "120 rental units" and your entire Bigger Pockets profile is about your website that caters to investors looking to market (and no references to your holdings) and your post is about how you have to be a marketer first, I think we can all agree to agree what the post is about.

Not saying that happened (unlike the approach taken by Mat), but the whole ordeal seemed ultra shady.And that's not mentioning anything about the shady arrangement you have with your local title company or the tactics allegedly employed by your various agents. 

@Joseph Cameron time seems to be everyone's handicap.

But today, Claypool widened his case to include other alleged underfunding, saying that since 2009, state funding for CPS has dropped $459 per year per student, while it has grown $1,572 for other districts.
