H2O leakage.

Commonly, with multi-tenant buildings, there is some leakage in NNNs, even if it is things like tenant pays for maintenance contract on RTU and any repairs up to $5,000.  

My tenant reported water heater leakage on 14th Feb.

It has to need to be replaced and that is only if there is leakage and damage.

In our area all new HVAC needs leakage test, the application is like $1K.

. - only 1 Electric service panel with 100 amp svce - some unapproved attic splicing done it appears- roof 15 years old- water supply and drain waste piping uses old galvanized water piping that is subject to leakage (drain pipe is actually leaking to crawl space!) 

Third bathroom from scratch in my basement which involved busting up the concrete floor, moving the main stack (and a cleanout  the front of the a semen while I was at it).

Hi If anyone can give some adviceAbout 8 months ago in June 2023, tenant complained of water leakage in one of the rooms, I sent my handyman to take a look and looks like the HVAC air filter was completely blocked, it caused alot of water to leak onto the floor. 

And water leakage with a curtain on the shower will trash that floor in no time.

We install the system correctly the first time and completely seal any and all leakage.
