Strangely enough, had a thousand shares of Microsoft suddenly going crazy, going from $50/share 4 years ago, to $216/share a week ago.

We could meet up on zoom or microsoft teams, or any other virtual program.Mornings are tough for me to meet in person, but I could certainly do virtual.

For example in greater Seattle near the Microsoft campus, its surrounded by bi levels and people pay well over $700k for them.

No such issues with the online version.Intuit is phasing out desktop products, just like Microsoft and all other major software vendors.

I also listen/buy some books in between the podcasts and YouTube videos, but books add up in cost before you know it.I'm also putting together all of the due diligence checklists/paperwork/team members/Microsoft project schedule, for each style house and customizing to the specifics like level of rehab or a 3 and 2 or 3 and 1 etc.

Microsoft has years and years of revenue and earnings to back up the business.

In my opinion, for one the companies that make the largest percentage of the stock market (Apple, Microsoft, Amazon etc) are currently thriving and this will continue.I know a lot of people lost a lot of money in 08-09 but that is likely because they were speculating or sold when they should have held.To counter your points I know investors who rode that recession through and lost zero money.
