Tom,I am investing in Western Michigan with another BP member here.My general thoughts are that it's been punished for being in the same state as Detroit, but as an investing hub it has enough of its own merits to be strongly considered.Just like any other city, there are war zones.

Those who make bad decisions and never learn from it are not bad people, just simply not lucky enough to be smart, They're pretty much doomed and they don't deserve to be punished for it.

In these cases, it is the executive branches' job to apprehend the person they believe has broken the law, and to hand that person over to the judicial branch of the government, which is responsible for determining if the person actually broke the law and then for doling out punishment.

Believe me not to many other investors are going to touch these properties, I am a glutton for punishment and must enjoy pain.

Second, any investor who purposely defrauds should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

People who look upon their work as a punishment for who they are and where they stand in the world, rather than as a opportunity to see themselves as they really are.

So we're actually being punished credit-wise for the common-sense strategy of living in a short-term rental, waiting for a great deal, and being ready to move fast when it comes.

Small businesses are being stifled, lending is being hindered rather than helped by government involvement, the current uncertainty is discouraging job creation as well.We can't continue to encourage a welfare state and then hinder economic growth by punishing those that create wealth and pay taxes.

The judge loved the idea, and along with the punishment he placed him on probation and the court will also be monitoring his attendance in school.I'm actually hoping to spend a little time with the kid and teach him a little bit about tough love.
