Prefab container homes built in a factory need to be certified by state and reviewed by state representatives during construction (within the factory).

.: Like Blair said, be careful about the "fake factor".

I've got back to back ADU builds, and my only limiting factor is that the utility companies just can't keep up with the service requests to provide water, power, and gas to these new units.  

Another important factor is the hidden rental costs of the condo hotels, you will have hidden costs that the hotel operator charges you for renting it, implausible things (resort/application fees), which you cannot avoid because condo-tels declaration of condominiums are designed for the hotel operator to profit from owners even if they don't put the room in their hotel program.

And even kids know that there isn't a car factory behind the dealership (Tesla excluded) making 6 different brands of cars for your convenience.

Would like to see the rest of the states follow the west coast's lead.Lots of empty old buildings and factories in the rustbelt states that could be put to use.

The main thing I have learned is, especially in the beginning, invest in areas where there are lots of jobs/factories etc.. blue collar work.  

I used a designer for the renovations, and that helped give it a wow factor.

The biggest factor is YOU.
