Anyone have experience with owning an ice machine?

I am planning on living in the duplex and renting out the other side, the condo conversion would just be icing on the cake once we are ready to move.

Recently I hit a rough patch of ice.

The icing on the cake would be to cross collaterlize their note to another property (can do this as many times as you want) and they won't ever pay the taxes.

you can ask for whatever you want, but understand that most contractors dont listen. especially if you have not worked with them before.you are climbing a steep hill.. get your winter gear, ice picks, snow gloves and bundle up. will be a long trip to the top. is it worth it?

@Michael Chilton the ones in the smaller town are around 660 the 3br in that town is1k and the ones in mason just jumped up since they started building that hockey arena to 880

What's the best ice breaker and way to introduce yourself?
