At the other extreme, we've had Class C/D Properties & Tenants where they would NOT cooperate with showings and they were such slobs & caused so much damage, the property wouldn't show well even if they did cooperate:(Hence, why we try to do a Pre-MoveOut or Annual Video Evaluation to assess the property condition.
