What influenced your decision?

This will greatly influence the working capital that's required unless you have a GC who is willing to front all of the costs which is rare, particularly in the $250K ground up space.  

The question passively investors should be asking is if the person running the syndication is a “real estate guy” who is using social media, writing, public presence, etc. as part of a marketing program or is the person running the syndication a “marketing guy” (“influencer”, social media expert, marketer, salesman, pitchman) who has found real estate marketing to be profitable?  

I think the US will move to help facilitate progress on those peace talks by leveraging China’s significant economic influence over Moscow during these talks. 

Appears you are allowing the desired appraisal to have too great of an influence on the renovation process.

The ultimate problem is the aggregation of wealth at the top of society by a limited number of people, who wield outsized influence politically and economically.

Only after deep work with her, she asked me the question of whether I'm happy as a team lead - and observed that if I were to turn over the reigns and work almost exclusively with my personal sphere of influence locally that I would earn there same or better income without spending $140k to make it.

That mix of disappointment, shame, and embarrassment really stuck with me—but I’m now channeling it into connecting with others so we can be smarter together when evaluating mentorships and influencer programs.

Or did joint ventures with people and next thing you know has $2M in judgments against them, which you can say deals go bad but still have not found someone who made money working with this person... meanwhile they sell $15k training courses.What I would say is the money is made from being a social media influencer.
