If your goal is just to grow cash and not worried about passing down debt to your family, I would say a WL policy is not what you would need.

47 years ago I obtained by Texas real estate broker license, and went to work in a commercial real estate brokerage.  

I will raise some tenants rents slowly and I’m not selling now but I want the property to be the most expensive I can when I do sell. 

We have young people attend our meetings, as well as old folks...everyone is there to learn and network, and I aim for it to be a no-judgement zone.
