It is nice you know the software but the concepts are more important to know than the software, so you can read the financials to find what is wrong.

QBO is great for REI as long as it's setup for it. 100% of our clients are REIs and 100% of them are managed in QBO in addition to their PM software, etc.Hope this helps in some way!
