My recommendation is to save receipts into an online storage system such as dropbox, google drive or apple drive.I then recommend having a separate bank account and credit card just for your rental related transactions.Then use excel or an accounting software to properly track your income and expenses.

I actually found the platform because I had a client that purchased a mix use commercial building and most of the other "online managers" out there or "apps" could not handle the mixed use aspect, so if you ever plan to scale or get into other assets its a platform that can do that with you.
