You can just google “Shuk Rentals” and it should be the first thing to pop up.

You should look up the laws regarding rentals in your state if you are going to be in this business.

Having 400k in income will help but its going to be something that comes up if you say you don't have cash on hand.

Once you line up the financing or cash, then the real fun begins.
