As you mentioned, their margins are quite fat so they should have no problem paying you if you bring them a good piece of land at a time they themselves don't have direct access to it.

I’ve been seeing hosts go in VERY different directions with minimum stays:Some swear by 30 days, others don’t touch anything under 45 or 60.Personally, I’ve experimented with different lengths depending on the season and guest type.
