Im flattered that I give that appearance but Ive only been investing for 2 1/2 years.

With the exception of the auto-belt, the sectors of the country that have property declination, also enjoyed the most appreciation; leading to a flatter yield curve as a national trend.

I think it is best for everyone involved in the Vegas market if we see a flatter year in 2014 than we did over the past few years.

Saskatchewan as a whole is at the bottom but expect a flatter bottom. 3 years @ 1% appreciation is what I’m currently budgeting for.

I am not a guru but it's very flattering you consider me one.

But if people really need to be encouraged, congratulated, and flattered on what they're doing with their money...and if skeptical people who offer criticism are called "haters"... something is badly wrong with the business climate. 

Of course, I was also flattered to be held in regard similar to the aformentioned BP members - all of whom I have developed an admiration for.
