You can count on 30 days - 6 months per stay. provide a mini fridge, keurig, toaster, TV, comfy towels & linens. offer kitchen & laundry privileges if possible. they will also provide repeat business. 

Even so, many of those that have been in arrears had cable tv, cigarettes, beer in the fridge, and a bottle of Crown Royal on a high shelf.

My longest pest control nightmares were due to forgetting to check the backside of fridge or forgetting to pull out the dishwasher and checking the insulation of the dishwasher.
