I’m currently building a long-term plan and already doing my homework on markets like Nashville and surrounding areas.

Sterling Bank and Bank of SF are two I can think of out of several local banks and credit unions that can do it.

For future reference, when you DO get a tenant, make sure your leases cycle between April and June- faster turnovers, higher rents and higher quality tenants.
