One last concern is if the material will Scrunch up or create a fold or wave in front.

Through the same sheer luck and extreme determination we were able to secure some nice anchor tenants for the building.

@Jess K.Hey Jess,I don’t think you’ll get very far making an insurance claim solely on the basis of soil cracks or the possibility of slope instability — it’s extremely difficult to prove or quantify whether dropping tree trunks directly caused long-term slope issues.

As an example the walk-in closet is marked with a cross but it's not very explicit....Concerning the Police Station, it's only 600 m away, 9 min by foot.
