As eddie said the main thrust of your attention should be on the agent to broker contract that you would have to sign.The case shows what is possible IF you are upfront with everybody and can prove that you were working for yourself as an independant with your best interests in mind in the transaction and not as an agent or broker with someone else interests in mind even though you are an licensed agent/broker.I wish I were good at that search thing.
