My wife and I absolutely love Hawaii (although we are from GA (-: ) and think that -- now that Oahu, Maui, and Kauai are essentially maxed out or unaffordable for the vast majority -- people will be flocking to the Big Island in the near and distant future.

My wife does this type of lending and the default rate is something it seems nobody ever speaks about or thinks about.

My wife is forgiving enough that she may waive the late fee for the first offense.  

We believe the beautiful lands that we walk currently require some stewardship.

I am currently 21 years old and have been recently married and my wife and I both know that the sooner we get started on our real estate journey the better it will be for us later on.

One is in my name and 9 are in my and my wife's name.

My wife is a licensed insurance agent here in FL and the different carrier's "appetite" for condo and/or STR will ebb and flow and having an agency shop it for you will usually net the best results.

The community here is beautiful.

It is not close to downtown, does not have some old beautiful houses, high crime is not changing, income of the people is not changing and there is not a bunch of new development in the area.
