Feel free to negotiate with them, see how open are they willing to have a dialogue.

I knew a post like this would open up dialogue of great questions and answers and discussion for others to learn from. it unfortunately has turned into a couple of guys who feel they are "right" rather than offering your opinion on whether you would buy that deal or not.

Establishing open lines of dialogue ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly, fostering a harmonious living environment.

I think the over moderation has actually gotten better, not worse, over the years, but outside of stomping down on fake identities I'd like to see a more open dialogue allowed.

I open dialogue with you, and you don't have much to respond to except your same narrative. 

Upon further dialogue with them, I was informed that specifically for an assumption, their specific 'matrix' (for approval) does not allow for any late payments for a whole 24 months, not even just the 12 months required for a new mortgage. 

I just don't know how much.genuinely open to your perspective and hoping to start a potentially fruitful dialogue.
