They will supposedly first pay you back your initial earnest money with interest within four weeks of signing their NEW RELEASE AGREEMENTS as a show of good faith if you get in touch with their attorney (send me a private message so I can send you instructions to get in contact with their attorney), and then the remaining outstanding deposit with interest within two months after that.

The seller never signed the termination and instead we now got a letter from their attorney giving us the following options: They’ve laid out three possible courses of action:Specific Performance – Forcing our LLC to complete the purchase.Monetary Damages – If they sell to someone else at a lower price, they could claim the difference and legal fees.Earnest Money Forfeiture – they’re keeping the $1,000 (which we instructed Title to do anyway)Closing date is set to tomorrow (it was a 3 weeks closing) and title still has it on their schedule.

I'm in NJ and got my RE license about 20 years ago of the few things that I remember from the licensing course, this actually stood out to me.According to my instructor (who was a broker for like 40 years) he said that you own the land beneath your property to the center of the earth and air to infinity above your property.I then asked, "What's the value of the air rights?

I mean myself and my banker stayed there did not cook made no mess.. but I think they wanted us to strip the sheets and I did not do that.. nor will I.. place sucked.. they had the roku tV could not figure out how to work that.. and no instructions on how to get on the internet ( the code) etc etc.. just poorly run..

I can't see why they would call me without me giving a reason  and the funeral home would have asked if I didn't volunteer the info and lying is out......there is no probate in the county Navajo where the land is nor the county Maricopa where he last lived and instructions say to find the heirs and also in the case of being unable to locate someone to attempt to talk to relatives.
